SGM 1000℃臺車爐外殼采用質冷軋鋼板經精密數(shù)控機床加工而成，爐體底部與小車輕軌連為一體，用戶不需要任何安裝，放在平整的地面上即可使用。爐襯為全纖維結構，采用質陶瓷纖維毯為原料，相對于磚式爐膛節(jié)能40%左右。主要用于機械零部件的正火、退火、淬火用。作方便，可編程，PID自整定、自動升溫、自動保溫、 自動降溫，無需值守;可另配與計算機通訊通過計算機操作電爐(啟動電爐、停止電爐、暫停升溫、設定升溫曲線、升溫曲線儲存、歷史曲線等。

The shell of SGM 1000 ℃ trolley furnace is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate processed by precision CNC machine tool. The bottom of the furnace body is connected with the trolley light rail as a whole. Users do not need any installation and can be used on the flat ground. The furnace lining is made of all fiber structure, using high-quality ceramic fiber blanket as raw material, which can save about 40% energy compared with brick furnace. It is mainly used for normalizing, annealing and quenching of mechanical parts.
